Whether there are loopholes in the process sheet and sample (e.g. inadequate turning angle, unsymmetrical knife edge, whether the size of the sample and the process sheet coincide), whether the special process of large goods (printing, embroidery, press folding, washing effect) coincides with the sample clothes, or not.
4. Adjustment, modification, follow-up on the sample, notes on the process sheet, determination and improvement of production and sewing quality, etc.
5. The quality problems in the production process can be found and improved in time to ensure that the same quality problems will not occur for the second time in bulk goods.

2. Design Department: The design effect of sample clothes, the matching of fabric and accessories, the wearing effect of pattern, the final record of washing effect of ready-to-wear clothes, the matching of sample clothes and ingredient colors, the difficulty of synchronizing with the time of purchase, and the failure to guarantee the orderly progress of prenatal samples (often the production can not catch up or the delivery date is approaching).
3. Sheet room: the accuracy of sample sewing and the feasibility of bulk goods, the determination of pattern adjustment, the comparison and verification of sample clothes, sample clothes and process sheets.
4. Purchasing Department: Check the fabric and accessories of sample clothes and purchase them accurately and quickly, provide necessary time for prenatal samples, (due to the high proportion of fabric, ingredients and colors, suggestions: purchase schedule and production department to share, as far as possible to reduce waiting materials)
5. Material Control: Check whether there are discrepancies between the fabric accessories and the sample clothes, check the sample clothes, process sheets, plan large-scale single-piece materials, ensure the quality and quantity of the fabric accessories.
6. Quality Department. The company recruits two professional sample-producing turners (check the facing accessories, can do, can cut, have sample clothing skills, strong sense of responsibility) to provide special venues (for management).
Sample production must strictly refer to the correct sample clothes, process sheets, the operation process.
